NOTICE TO BIDDERS THE VILLAS AT TIMBERWOOD CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER LINE The Villas at Timberwood HOA, c/o Pape-Dawson Engineers, is accepting construction bids for The Villas of Timberwood for the purpose of sewer main improvements. The project is located west of the Deer Cross Ln and Timberline Dr intersection. It is the intent of the Developer to award this project to one contractor for all work specified. Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to The Villas at Timberwood, HOA shall be submitted to Pape-Dawson Engineers. located at 2000 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas 78213, (Attn: Brooke Lindholm, P.E.) by 10:00am, local time, on Friday, March 6th, 2026, in which they will then be publicly opened and read via video conference. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Friday, February 20th at 9:00am via video conference. Digital copies of the plans and specifications will be emailed out when requested. Please contact Brooke Lindholm, P.E. at 210-375-9000, blindholm@pape-dawson.com for documents and/or questions. A Cashier's Check or Certified Check upon a national or state bank or Bid Bond payable to the Villas at Timberwood HOA, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid (Bidder's Check or Bid Bond), must accompany the bid proposals as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will within five (5) days of the award of the contract, enter into a contract and furnish an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Basic qualifications that must be met through this procurement are: Minimum of 500 single-family lots constructed in 2024 or 2025 with revenue exceeding $5 million. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects. In case of the lack of clarity or ambiguity in prices, the Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest qualified bidder. All bids received after the closing time designated above will be returned unopened. Bidders are required to included references and provide a list of past relative projects, as well as project schedule.
