COUNTY OF PIERCE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION 2026-RFQ-105 RFQ FOR OWNER ADVISOR CONSULTANT FOR PIERCE COUNTY 2002 JAIL RENOVATION AND JUVENILE JUSTICE CENTER PROJECT NOTICE ID HERBY GIVEN that Pierce County is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from experienced firms to provide Owner Advisor (OA) and Construction Administration (CA) services on a yet-to-be-determined designed Jail Renovation and New juvenile Justice and Detention Center. This project included but is not limited to initially consulting on alternative delivery and later construction administration services dependent upon County's needs for their two projects.
