COUNTY OF PIERCE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION 2026-RFQ-027 ON-CALL SEWER UTILITY, WATER, & OTHER ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR PLANNING AND PUBLIC WORKS NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that Pierce County is requested Statements of Qualifications (SOA) from firms that are capable and qualified to provide engineering services to support sewer and water utility operations. Services anticipated include but are not limited to: Wastewater treatment, Collection system, Water treatment and distribution, Programming, Electrical and Structural.
