The financial assistance (Homebuyer Assistance) is to purchase modest single-family housing within the state of Idaho.IHFA will reserve HOME funds to community-based, non-profit owner-developers, to be used as Homebuyer Assistance (aka: Down Payment Assistance) to HOME eligible households purchasing single-family units directly from the nonprofit. HOME funds may be used anywhere in Idaho, unless the City of Boise has invested HOME funds into the project or unit(s).
