House Demolition Bids Requested

Effective March 5, 2026, Mid-Columbia Fisheries Enhancement Group is seeking bids from licensed firms to conduct legal abatement and disposal of asbestos- and lead-containing materials, and for the demolition and removal of the remaining non-hazardous structure materials, in a derelict house located on the banks of Mercer Creek in Ellensburg, WA.

Bids are due electronically at 5PM, Monday March 30, 2026. An optional pre-bid tour will be held at 3 PM Monday March 16th, 2026 at 306 West 10th AVE Ellensburg WA.

Email assistant@midcolumbiafisheries.org to receive the bid package and be added to the list of planholders.
