LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS OAK RIDGE BUSINESS PARK PLANNING STUDY A PORT OF RIDGEFIELD PROJECT The Port of Ridgefield is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify qualified, experienced firms for professional consulting services to assist the Port in preparing for development of a new light-industrial business park on Port-owned property in South Ridgefield. The selected consultant will provide services for site concepts, facility visuals, development cost estimates, and market data. This RFQ is in accordance with RCW 39.80, 53.08.005, 53.08.370, and 53.08.380. The project will provide needed, flexible space for small and micro-businesses to scale up and meet their vision while supporting job growth, wages, and revenue for the community and region. Upon completion of the Planning Study, the Port may, at its sole discretion, negotiate an amendment with the selected consultant for additional services related to design, engineering, permitting, and construction administration. Selection under this RFQ does not guarantee authorization of any future phases. Each phase will be separately scoped, negotiated, and authorized in writing.
