Work will take place in residential yards and public rights-of-way in Ridgefield, Washington, and includes excavation and off-site disposal of dioxin-contaminated soil, replacement with clean topsoil and aggregates, and full landscaping restoration. Bid documents will be available March 4, 2026, at www.portridgefield.org/contractors. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk will be held Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Port office, 101 Mill Street, Suite 100, Ridgefield, WA.
