CALL FOR BIDS ONLINE BIDS will be received by Spokane County, Washington, until 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at www.publicpurchase.com which time they will be opened in Spokane County Purchasing Department, 1026 W Broadway Avenue, Suite 103, Spokane, WA 99260 and virtually read aloud at 1:30 P.M. for the furnishing the following: BID No. 26-9520 This Invitation to Bid is for Culvert Vactoring Services Project NATURE OF THE PROJECT: Vactor Truck and Operator includes the equipment and staff to clean culverts and pipes. Work includes, but is not limited to, vacuuming, heavy and light jetting, root cutting with high pressure water jet or mechanical cutting head, and hydro-excavation. THE BOARD hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. THE BOARD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, portion or parts thereof, and to waive all minor irregularities in bidding. A copy of the bid is on file with the Clerk of the Board in the County Commissioners' Office. SUBMITTALS must be made on the bid response sheets contained in the Invitation to Bid document. COPIES of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) document are only available electronically and can be downloaded from www.publicpurchase.com. SUBMITTALS should follow the format outlined in the request for bid document on www.publicpurchase.com. QUESTIONS regarding the bid process shall be submitted via www.publicpurchase.com.
