ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Martha Boardman Chip Seal Overlay Project Description: 1.5-miles Double Chip Seal Overlay, which includes overlay preparation. Other work scope includes: Reconstruction of small areas of roadway including, aggregate placement and asphalt surfacing; striping, and traffic control. Responses to RFP should include all documents provided in RFP Attachment A and marked “Martha Boardman Chip Seal Overlay” on the outside of submitted sealed envelope.
