NORTHSHORE SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 417 GC/CM Services Submittal Date: May 19, 2026 @ 2:30 PM Pacific Standard Time REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) Leota Middle School Replacement – Phase 2 The Northshore School District will be accepting statements of qualifications from capable General Contractor/Construction Manager (“GC/CM”) firms or teams for the development and construction of the Northshore School District's Leota Middle School Replacement – Phase 2 project located in Woodinville, Washington. The School District intends to award this Contract utilizing a competitive negotiation process authorized by RCW 39.10. The District Capital Projects Department utilizes Euna Solutions (formerly Bonfire) as its eProcurement System. No hard copy of submittals will be accepted. Each response must be submitted electronically via the Bonfire portal in accordance with the specifications and documents currently on file at the link below. https://nsd.bonfirehub.com Interested parties must register for a free account to view and download RFQ documents and upload submittals. When registering for Bonfire, follow all instructions, ensuring the email address used to register matches the email address used to download documents.
