At such time, proposals received through Public Purchase will be unencrypted and opened by the Procurement Manager or their designee and witnessed by another staff member in the City of Yakima Council Chambers, in Yakima City Hall, 129 N. 2nd Street, Yakima, Washington 98901 for: Investigative/Evidence /Administrative Towing Services Instructions to register with PublicPurchase.com are available at www.yakimawa.gov/services /purchasing. The City of Yakima reserves the right to reject any & all RFPs.
