“2026 GENERAL CONTRACTING AND SITE WORK PROJECT – NOTICE TO BIDDERS” The Fire Commissioners of Yakima County Fire District #4 (District) are accepting sealed bids for general contracting services and site work for an 80' X 140' storage building. Bid packets can be obtained at East Valley Fire Station 40 located at 2003 Beaudry Road, Yakima, WA 98901 or on the District's website at www.ycfd4.org. Bids must be received by 5:00 pm May 8, 2026 at the East Valley Fire Department Station 40 (2003 Beaudry Rd. Yakima, WA 98901). Bid opening will take place May 11, 2026 at the East Valley Fire Station 40 at 9:00 am. Discussion and anticipated awarding of the bid will take place on May 11, 2026 or May 25, 2026 at the East Valley Fire Station 40 at a Board of Commissioners Regular meeting. Detailed information and specifications can be obtained from the District Secretary, Katelynn Roberts, either at the above address, by phone (509) 457-8615, or via email with electronic read receipt at k.roberts@ycfd4.org. The Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids, to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding procedure, and to accept any bid presented which meets or exceeds these specifications and which the Fire Commissioners deems to be in the best interest of the Fire District.
