REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES For New Elementary Schools and Miscellaneous District Wide Projects Yakima School District No 7 104 N 4th Ave Yakima, WA 98902 The Yakima School District is requesting sealed proposals from qualified architectural firms and/or individuals to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for projects related to the construction of New Elementary Schools consisting of 28-34 classrooms with associated support spaces and Miscellaneous District Wide projects. The RFQ requires respondents to submit a conceptual mock-up design of the proposed elementary schools as part of their proposal package. Firms selected for further consideration will be invited to present their proposal and conceptual design to the District. Specifications, submission requirements, and the full RFQ document can be obtained at https://www.ysd7.org/about/finances/purchasing. Proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled with the Company's Name and “RFQ – Architectural/Engineering Services 02-2526” on the envelope. Statement of Qualifications must be delivered to the following address no later than April 30, 2026 at 3 PM PDT. Late submissions will not be accepted. Yakima School District Attn: Purchasing 104 N 4th Ave Yakima, WA 98902 All individuals and firms, including those certified by the Washington State Office of Minority & Women's Business Enterprises, who are lawfully engaged in the practice of architecture and engineering under Chapter 18 of the RCW are encouraged to apply.
