A Title 13 RCW Guardianship Hearing will be held on June 2, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at Snohomish County Juvenile Justice Center, 2801 10th Street, Everett, Washington 98201. 1. Amanda Rashelle Elvert, Parent of Jonathan Guillermo Ulloa-Elvert, b.d. 03/24/11, Guardianship Petition 26-7-00087-31 filed on February 04, 2026 and Justin Jose Ulloa-Elvert, b.d. 04/02/15, Guardianship Petition 26-7-00088-31 filed on February 04, 2026.
