SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF WALLA WALLA in RE TERMINATION of Natural Father's Parent/Child Relationship TOMMY SMITH a.k.a. JOHN DOE YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that there has been filed in this Court a Petition for Termination of Natural Father's Parent/Child Relationship. Said petition asks that there be an adjudication that your parental rights concerning MALIYAH PARKER LYNCH, who was born January 14, 2009 in Longview, Texas be permanently terminated without your consent so that MALIYAH PARKER LYNCH can be adopted. You are further notified that a hearing on the Petition for Termination of Natural Father's Parent/Child Relationship will be held on the 30th March, 2026 at the hour of 1:00 p.m. in the Courtroom of the Honorable Patricia Fulton, Fifth and Main Streets, Third Floor, Walla Walla, Washington. At such hearing you the right to be represented by counsel. Counsel may be appointed for you if you are unable to afford counsel and request that counsel be appointed. Your parent/child relationship will be terminated if you fail to respond to this notice prior to or at said hearing. You are further notified that any alleged father has the right, pursuant to the Revise Code of Washington, Chapter 26.26A, to file a claim of paternity regarding this child. Failure to file such a claim or notice or to respond to the Petition for Termination of Natural Father's Parent/Child Relationship within 30 days of the first publication of the notice, prior to or at the said termination hearing, is grounds to terminate your parent/child relationship.
