1. City of College Place, Washington ORDINANCE NO. 26-007 AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE PLACE, WASHINGTON REPEALING CHAPTER 2.62 ENTITLED PARKS, ARBOR AND RECREATION BOARD (PAR) OF THE COLLEGE PLACE MUNICIPAL CODE AND DISSOLVING THE PAR. Chapter 2.62 Parks, Arbor and Recreation Board (PAR) of the College Place Municipal Code was initially created by Ordinance 17-017 for the purpose of providing a mechanism for the City of College Place to obtain the benefit of recommendations for the acquisition, control, improvement, and planning of all public parks of the city as well as recreation facilities. The City of College Place has determined that the objectives of the Parks, Arbor and Recreation Board (PAR) have been fulfilled, and that continued operation is no longer necessary or in the best interest of the organization. PASSED by the City Council of the City of College Place, Washington this 24th day of February 2026. This ordinance in its entirety will be mailed upon request to the City Clerk at College Place City Hall at 625 S. College Avenue, College Place WA. (110767) February 28, 2026
