1. City of College Place, Washington ORDINANCE NO. 26-006 AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE PLACE, WASHINGTON REPEALING CHAPTER 2.68 ENTITLED UTILITIES & TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COMMISSION (UTAC) OF THE COLLEGE PLACE MUNICIPAL CODE AND DISSOLVING THE UTAC. Chapter 2.68 Utility & Transportation Advisory Commission (UTAC) of the College Place Municipal Code was initially created by Ordinance 19-03 for the purpose of providing a mechanism for the City of College Place to obtain the benefit of recommendations. The City of College Place has determined that the objectives of the Utilities & Transportation Advisory Commission (UTAC) have been fulfilled, and that continued operation is no longer necessary or in the best interest of the organization. PASSED by the City Council of the City of College Place, Washington this 24th day of February 2026. This ordinance in its entirety will be mailed upon request to the City Clerk at College Place City Hall at 625 S. College Avenue, College Place WA.
