     AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, AMENDING PASCO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 13.45.020 CONNECTION TO EXISTING LINES AND CHAPTER 13.65 SEWER EXTENSIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
