AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, ASSUMING THE RIGHTS, POWERS, FUNCTIONS, IMMUNITIES, AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PASCO TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 
 
Ordinance Summary:
* This ordinance shall take full force and effect five (5) days after approval, passage and publication as required by law.
