CITY OF UNION GAP SUMMARY OF ORDINANCES PASSED April 13, 2026 Ordinance No. 3143 Repealing Ordinance No. 2607 Ordinance No. 3144 Amending the 2026 budget, authorizing the expenditures of up to $15,000 from the Fire Department Reserved Fund (313), for improvements to the Fire Station. Ordinance No. 3145 Amending the 2026 budget, authorizing the expenditures of up to $5,125 from the Fire Department Reserved Fund (313), $12,300 from the Street Fund (101), $3,075 from the Park Development Reserved Fund (306), and Street Development Reserved Fund (321) for the Market Street Sidewalk Improvement Project. Copies of the above ordinances are available for review at the City Clerk's office, and a copy will be mailed upon request.
