NOTICE OF APPLICATION and NOTICE OF COMPLETENESS DATE: February 13, 2026 FROM: Jason Cavanaugh, City of Union Gap Public Works & Community Development APPLICANT: Jeff Liddicoat on behalf of Preet Hans FILE NOS.: 2026.0056.C20001 TAX PARCEL NUMBER: 181201-24400 DATE OF APPLICATION: 1/20/2026 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of Union Gap Department of Public Works and Community Development has received an application from Jeff Liddicoat on behalf of Preet Hans to modify an approved development for ministorage facilities and RV parking. The modification reduces the amount of RV parking and provides for 50 truck parking stalls. SEPA was previously completed, with an MDNS issued. A SEPA addendum will be issued along with the decision to update the previous environmental review and reflect the proposed changes to the project. PROJECT LOCATION: The location of this project is on the north side of Ahtanum Road, approximately 1,500 feet west of the intersection of Ahtanum Road and South 3rd Avenue. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: There have been no identified impacts arising from the change in a portion of the parking/storage area from RVs to trucks. Therefore, a SEPA Addendum authorized under WAC 197-11-625 is being issued concurrently with the decision. REQUEST FOR WRITTEN COMMENTS: Agencies, tribes and the public are encouraged to review and comment on the proposed project. There is a 14-day comment period for this review. All written comments received by February 27, 2026, will be considered prior to issuing the decision on this application. Please send your written comments to the address below.
