NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SEASONAL CHANGE/TRANSFER OF
WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) SUPERSEDING GROUND WATER PERMIT
TAKE NOTICE:
That City of Pasco, WA, on March 2, 2026, has made application for seasonal change/transfer of water right in order to change the point of withdrawal and change the place of use as granted under Superseding Ground Water Permit No. G3-28379(C).
That Superseding Ground Water Permit No. G3-28379(C) authorizes the withdrawal of 699 gallons per minute, 338 acre-feet per year, each year, for the seasonal irrigation of 84.5 acres.
That the authorized points of withdrawal are located within the NW1/4SE1/4NW1/4 and NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 8, T. 9 N, R. 30 E.W.M.
That the authorized place of use is located within a portion of Lot 3 of Short Plat No. 96-1 Recorded in Volume 1 of Short Plats at Page 384 under Franklin County Auditor's File Number 527099 and a portion of tax parcel number 113-130-193 described in Quit Claim Deed recorded under Franklin County Auditor's File Number 1729025, hereafter referred to as Cox Deed, located in the S1/2 of the NW1/4 of Section 8, T.9 N., R. 30 E.W.M.
That they propose to change the point of withdrawal (a well) to the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 3, T. 9. N., R. 30 E.W.M.
