STATE OF WASHINGTON – DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY NOTICE OF SEASONAL APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER SUPERSEDING PERMIT TAKE NOTICE: That the City of Pasco, WA, has made application for SEASONAL change/transfer of a water right in order to change the place of use and change the point of withdrawal as granted under Superseding Ground Water Permit No. G3-20241(B). That Superseding Ground Water Permit No. G3-20241(B) authorizes the withdrawal of 589 gallons per minute, 255.28 acre-feet per year, for the seasonal irrigation of 63.82 acres. That authorized point of withdrawal is from a well located within the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 11, T. 9 N., R. 29 E.W.M. That the authorized place of use is located within the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 5, T. 9 N., R. 29 E.W.M. That they propose to change the point of withdrawal (well) to the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 3, T. 9 N., R. 30 E.W.M. That they propose to change the place of use to the NE1/4 of Section 9, T. 9 N., R. 30 E.W.M. All within Franklin County, Washington.
