WHATCOM COUNTY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT Notice is hereby given that on December 2, 2025, Network Connex applied for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit under case number SHR2025-00010 to install a diesel generator, access gates, and signage for an existing telecommunications facility.. The application was determined complete on February 5, 2026, indicating that all submittal requirements were met. The subject property is located at 1040 Polinder Rd, within Section 21, Township 40N, Range 03E of W.M. Assessor's parcel number: 4003211511080000.
