NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC OF INTENT TO REQUEST RELEASE OF FUNDS  DATE: March 15, 2026 Sierra Country Club 2685 San Juan St Coupeville, WA 98239 TO ALL INTERESTED AGENCIES, GROUPS AND PERSONS On or about April 15, 2026, the Sierra Country Club will request the State of Washington Department of Health and Department of Commerce to release funds under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and Washington State Environmental Policy Act. The Sierra Country Club will undertake the project described below utilizing Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loans. A Determination of No Historic Properties Affected was issued for this project. A copy of the Project Review Sheet for Section 106 is on file at the above address and is available for public examination and copying upon request. This project has been determined to be SEPA exempt per WAC 197-11-800(23)(b).
