Public NoticeMercer Wine Estates is seeking coverage under the NPDES Waste Discharge General Permit for Wineries. Mercer Wine Estates is located at 3100 Lee Road, Prosser, WA 99350. This general permit covers wastewater discharges from wineries anywhere in the state of Washington. The permit limits, conditions, and regulates the discharges of wastewater. This facility currently holds Individual State Waste Discharge Permit No. ST00092663, which will be terminated by transfer to general permit coverage. Any person desiring to present their views to the department of ecology regarding this application may do so in writing within thirty days of the last date of publication of this notice.
