NoticeCITY OF PROSSER, WASHINGTONPLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGMAY 21, 2026, AT 6:00 PMNotice is hereby given by the undersigned City Administrator/ Planning Commission Secretary of the City of Prosser, Washington that the Prosser City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday May 21, 2026 at 6:00 PM for the purpose of receiving public comments regarding a site-specific land-use action:1. Applicant Name: Scott Krajack2. Location: BELLA VISTA SUBDIVISION PHASE I - III3. Project Description: This is a Preliminary Plat Amendment proposal. The amendments have already been constructed. This amendment will bring the recorded and previously approved Preliminary Plat Amendments through the administrative process so that they will be recorded for the future as phases IV – VII are going to Final Plat.The Planning Commission Meeting and Public Hearing will be held at the City of Prosser's Council Chambers located at 620 Market Street, 1st Floor, Prosser WA, 99350. In addition, individuals may attend the meeting virtually. To join the meeting via Webex, please use the following link: https://prosser.webex.com/meet/prosser.
