NoticeNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNOTICE OF HEARING before the Board of County Commissioners in the matter of County planning at an open record hearing on March 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., via an in person and virtual meeting format in the Commissioners meeting room located on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse, 620 Market Street, Prosser WA.SV 2026-002 - A Subdivision Vacation application by Knutzen Engineering on behalf of Derek Archer to vacate a 20-foot storm drainage easement that runs diagonally Southwest to Northeast through the southern half of the plat of El Rancho Reata Lot 5 Block 6. The property is located on parcel 1-0388-202-0006-005.All concerned persons may attend the meeting in person or virtually appear and present any support for or objection to the applications or provide written testimony to the Board of County Commissioners in care of the Planning Division, 102206 E Wiser Parkway, Kennewick WA 99338 by 3 p.m. Monday March 2, 2026. Information concerning the application or virtual attendance options can be obtained from the Benton County Planning Division, by calling 509-786-5612 or by visiting https://tinyurl.com/2swxtzay.
