NoticeCITY OF PROSSER, WASHINGTONPUBLIC HEARING NOTICETRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICTTRANSPORTATION PLAN AND MATERIAL CHANGE POLICYNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the undersigned Finance Director of the City of Prosser, Washington that the Prosser City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding proposed changes to the TBD Transportation Plan pursuant to the Material Change Policy. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers, Prosser City Hall, 620 Market Street – First Floor, Prosser, Washington.Per Ordinance No. 22-3175, City Council meetings are held in-person at 620 Market Street-First Floor, Prosser, WA. In addition, individuals may attend the meeting virtually.
