The City of Shoreline Notice of SEPA Threshold Determination Demolition of an existing single-family dwelling (listed as potentially eligible for the historic registry) and construction of a new single-family dwelling. Future phases may include subdivision and a second singlefamily dwelling. City of Shoreline Building Permit #SFR25-0867. Located at 14733 31st Ave NE (Tax Parcel #156810-0110) Threshold Determination: The City of Shoreline has determined that the proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment, and on March 30, 2026 issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS). City staff originally sent notices on March 9, 2026 but mailed notices were mistakenly sent to the wrong addresses. Staff is re-issuing the threshold determination as of March 30. Public Comment: The Optional MDNS process was used. There is no further comment period on the MDNS. Appeal Information: There is no administrative appeal of this SEPA determination. Any appeal must be filed in Superior Court.
