Lydig Construction, Travis Semler, 11001 E Montgomery Dr Spokane Valley, WA 99206, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Spokane Valley Costco #670, is located at 5601 E Sprague Ave in Spokane Valley in county.
