O2026-513 COMPETING BIDS ARE HEREBY SOLICITED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pierce County Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the Pierce County Council Chambers, 1501 Market Street, Suite 140, Tacoma, WA 98402 to consider the following: Proposal No. O2026-513, An Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Granting a Nonexclusive Franchise to Holiday Hills Community Club, Inc., for Location of Waterlines on Certain County-Owned Rights-of-Way; and Authorizing the County Executive to Execute Said Franchise. Proposed Franchise Area Legal Description: All Pierce County roads and rights-of-way within the following: Midway Creek Road East in the East half of Section 12, Township 15 North, Range 4 East, W.M. This hearing date was set by action of the Pierce County Council at its April 28, 2026, meeting.
