204038CITY OF TROYNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED ANNEXATIONThe Troy City Council will conduct a public hearing at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Troy City Hall located at 519 S Main Street, Troy, Idaho, concerning the following:Ordinance No. 2026-02 – An ordinance of the City of Troy, Latah County, State of Idaho, amending Title 9 of the Troy City Code; providing updated land use regulations; adopting legislative findings; and providing for an effective date.The general intent of the ordinance is to transition from the interim ordinance to a permanent amendment that reflects the City's updated planning objectives, protects the integrity of the Central Business District, and ensures that land-use regulations remain consistent, predictable, and aligned with the City's vision for future development.Any person or persons wishing to testify at the hearing shall appear in person at the date and time mentioned above.
