Main Street, Troy, Idaho, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a request for voluntary annexation into the City of Troy.The City has received an application for voluntary annexation from property owners Melinda Caluori and Felicity Gorham for a parcel of land located adjacent to the current city limits of Troy. The parcel is identified by the following parcel number:Parcel No.RP39N04W127660A (currently underCounty urisdiction)The applicants are requesting that the parcel be annexed into the City of Troy. The total area proposed for annexation is approximately 1.94 acres.The hearing will be held under the authority of Idaho Code. Interested parties are encouraged to attend. Accommodations for individuals who qualify under the ADA are available upon request. Notice is required 3 working days prior to the hearing to acquire accommodations.
