NOTICE OF APPLICATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Woodinville has received an application for Type 2 Premilitary Short Plat for the project described below. Project Name: Hagelin Short Plat Project Number: SPA25002 Description of Proposal: Short plat application to subdivide one lot located in the R-1 residential zone into two residential lots. Existing home is to be retained. Other Required Permits: Site Development, Final Short Plat, Building Permit. Project Location: 20221 170th Avenue NE Applicant: Roger Cecil, Cecil and Associates Comment Period: A 14-day comment period will be utilized to receive comments pursuant to WMC 21.80.110(2)(g). The public is invited to comment on the project during the comment period by submitting written comments to the Project Manager at the contact information below by 4:00 pm on April 13, 2026. Any person can make comment, receive notices, or request a copy of the decision once made or view the application materials at City Hall at the address below. Date of Application: April 7, 2025 Date of Notice of Complete Application: August 4, 2025 Date Notice of Application Issued: March 30, 2026 State Environmental Policy Act: The Responsible Official has reviewed the proposed project and determined it is exempt from SEPA review pursuant to WAC 197-11-800(6)(d). Environmental documents prepared for the Project: Soil Analysis, Drainage Report, Critical Areas Memo, Septic System Approval. Determination of Consistency: Per RCW 36.70B.040, the application will be reviewed for consistency with applicable sections of the Woodinville Municipal Code and Comprehensive Plan. Appeals: There is no appeal of this project at this time; however, appeals of project decisions shall be filed in accordance with Chapter 21.81 WMC.
