CITY OF WOODINVILLE 17301 133rd Avenue NE WOODINVILLE, WA 98072 (425) 489-2700 FAX (425) 489-2705 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Woodinville Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to receive and consider public testimony on a proposal to amend Chapter 21.14 WMC to allow an increase in the floor area of nonconforming one-unit (single-family) dwellings. DATE/TIME: Wednesday, March 25, 2026 7:00 p.m. or as soon as may be heard LOCATION: Woodinville City Hall Council Chambers 17301 133rd Avenue NE in Woodinville YOU ARE INVITED to attend and provide testimony to the Planning Commission on the above proposal. You may also attend the meeting and participate in the hearing via MS Teams. Information on participation will be included on the meeting agenda, which will be available the Friday prior to the public hearing on the City's website at: https://www.woodinville.gov/163/Meetings-Agendas (on this page select the agenda for the corresponding meeting). Written comments will be accepted up to and at the hearing. You may also provide written comments by email at PublicComments@woodinville.gov. To ensure your comments are received, your email must include: • Attn: Planning Commission - Public hearing • Your name • Whether or not you live in the City limits of Woodinville • Agenda Item and/ or hearing your comments are related to STATE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT: A Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) has been issued for this proposal. The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after reviewing a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. This DNS is issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-340(1). There is no comment period on this DNS. APPEAL: There is no administrative appeal of a SEPA threshold determination associated with a legislative action.
