DISTRICT COURT, GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON Christopher Carnovale, Plaintiff, Case No. Y250182 vs. Summons to Quiet Title to Vehicle (RCW 46.12.680) Vanessa Maygren Defendant. Summons: Notice to the Defendant Named above: A lawsuit has been started against you in the above Court by Christopher Carnovale. The Plaintiffs claim against the Defendant is stated in the written complaint below. The Plaintiff intends to seek an Order of Quiet Title against the Defendant in regards to a 2018 VolksWagen Atlas VIN # 1V2LR2CA0JC516957 and removing Defendant from the title on said vehicle for reasons detailed in the complaint below. To defend against the lawsuit, you must respond to the complaint by stating your defense in writing and filing the same with the Court and serving a copy upon the undersigned attorney within twenty days of the service of this summons, excluding the day of service. The office of the Court is located at Grant County Courthouse, 1st floor, 35 C St. N.W. Ephrata and the mailing address is P.O. Box 37 Ephrata, WA 98823. If you fail to respond, then the Court has the power to enter a Judgment by default against you without further notice. A judgment by default is where the Court, because of a failure of the Defendant to respond, rules that the Defendant owes the Plaintiff the money claimed in the complaint, or the Court rules that the Plaintiff is entitled to the relief sought in the complaint.
