NOTICE TO SUBCONTRACTORS AND MATERIALMEN The State of Washington, Central Washington University, acting by and through Facilities Management Department, hereby advises all interested parties that Contract No. 16550-01 for the Samuelson Data Center Flooring, Central Washington University, Ellensburg, Washington with Mountain West Polymers, Inc, Dalton Gardens, ID has been accepted as of February 4, 2026 by the Vice President for Business and Financial Affairs of Central Washington University. The statutory lien period became effective for the filing of all liens and claims against the retained percentage of payment to the Contractor on the above date. Any liens filed subsequent to March 21, 2026, will not be recognized.
