NOTICE TO SUBCONTRACTORS AND MATERIALMEN The State of Washington, Central Washington University, acting by and through Facilities Management Department, hereby advises all interested parties that Contract No. 17485-01 for the Black Hall Roof Replacement, Central Washington University, Ellensburg, Washington with Evolution Exteriors, LLC, Amboy, WA has been accepted as of February 4, 2026, by the Senior Vice President for Finance & Administration, Central Washington University. The statutory lien period became effective for the filing of all liens and claims against the retained percentage of payment to the Contractor on the above date.
