NOTICE OF     APPLICATION  The Town of Friday Harbor has received an application for the following project. The public has a right to  review the contents of the official file, provide written comments, participate in any public meetings or hearings, and request a copy of the decision.   Project Location   260 Price Street, Friday Harbor, Washington, San Juan County;  Project Description Seeking a Planned Residential Development for 4 duplex units that provide per- manently affordable housing.  Type of Permits   Variance and Planned Residential Development Agreement  Comments and other written requests must be submitted no later no later than 4:30 p.m. on     03/05/2026  . The public comment period for this application is 15 days and the Town will not act on the application nor make a threshold determination until the comment period has ended. Any person may comment on the proposed application, request notice of and participate in the public hearing (if a hearing is required) and request a copy of the decision.
