Public Notice: Dennis Beckwith, reachable at 10860 SE 196th Street, Kent, WA 98031-0204, is serving as the owner and permittee of the Cascade Corridor Development Property and is applying for coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project at the Cascade Corridor Development Property is located at 22401, 22505, 22511 & 22517 88th Avenue South, Kent, Washington (King County). This project involves approximately 0.5 acres of soil disturbance for excavation and construction activities. The receiving surface water bodies at the site are a tributary drainage channel and unnamed wetland that discharge to Garrison Creek. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecologys action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
