Melanie Iovinelli, Plaintiff vs. Rocky Carmen Iovinelli aka Carmen Rocky Iovinelli, and any and all other persons residing therein, Defendants. Cause No. 26-2-00144-18. The State of Washington to the said Rocky Carmen Iovinelli aka Carmen Rocky Iovinelli, all other persons residing therein: You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 13th day of February, 2026 and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff Melanie Iovinelli, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff Carrie E.
