Grady Way, Renton, 98057, to consider the following:Solicit public input regarding the adoption of an ordinance declaring a portion of a utility easement encumbering King County Parcel No. 7791000050 as surplus to the city's needs and authorizing its partial release. (File No. RE-26-001). Located in the vicinity of 3906 NE 17th St, Renton, WA 98056.Additionally, this meeting is also being offered as a hybrid meeting on March 2, 2026, at 7 p.m. by means of a Zoom video-conference web application.
