NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Renton City Council has fixed the 2nd day of March 2026, at 7:00 p.m. as the date and time for a public hearing to be held in the seventh floor Council Chambers of Renton City Hall, 1055 S. Grady Way, Renton, 98057, to consider the following:
 
Solicit public input regarding the adoption of an ordinance declaring a portion of a utility easement encumbering King County Parcel No. 7791000050 as surplus to the city's needs and authorizing its partial release. (File No. RE-26-001). Located in the vicinity of 3906 NE 17th St, Renton, WA 98056.
