Additional information, including how to obtain the full solicitation at no charge, is noted on the County website https://www.co.whatcom.wa.us/Bids.aspx or call Purchasing at (360) 778-5330. The deadline for responses is 2:30 PM, Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Pre-bid walkthroughs are recommended, and are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 5, 2026, and 3:00 PM, Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Interested parties will meet at the Whatcom County Facilities Management building, 316 Lottie Street, Bellingham, WA 98225.
