Whatcom County Water District 7 Professional Engineers Pursuant to RCW 39.80 Whatcom County Water District 7 hereby requests a Statement of Qualifications for Professional Engineers to provide comprehensive planning, design of improvements, Construction Phase Engineering and Administrative Services, and general engineering support services. A single copy of the Statement of Qualifications, not exceeding 5 pages, should be mailed to: PO Box 28700 Bellingham, WA 98228. Qualified firms must be local with personnel in Whatcom County with extensive experience and knowledge in design of water systems, comprehensive planning, Special Purpose District procedures and Water District 7 systems and service area.
