Notice of Application Project: Date Park Residence PRJ-168698/LUP-85497 Request: A 72 unit affordable multi-family development on a 1.21-acre tract of land zoned R-30 Higher Density Residential The application was accepted Oct. 8, 2025, and deemed fully complete Feb. 3, 2026. Location: 3701 E 18th Street Applicant/Contact: Asha Prasad, AA Construction of Portland, 6315 SE Evergreen Hwy. Vancouver, WA 98661 Owner: Date Park Condominium Inc., 6315 SE Evergreen Hwy. Vancouver, WA 98661 Comments must be submitted by 4 p.m., March 3, 2026. After the comment period closes, the planning official will issue a Type II Notice of Decision. This multi-family development is categorically exempt from the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) per WAC 197-11-800(6)(d). This notice is intended to inform potentially interested parties about the proposal; invite them to submit written statements for the record; and inform them of their right to receive a notice of the decision, including a notice of appeal rights. All evidence relied upon by the planning official to make the decision shall be contained within the record and is available for public review electronically. Failure of any party to address the relevant approval criteria with sufficient specificity may preclude subsequent appeals on that issue.
