PUBLIC NOTICE Provision Group, LLC, Kevin Grant, 1409 Broadway St Vancouver, WA 98663-3431, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, NE 63rd Street Short Plat, is located at 8709 NE 63rd St in Vancouver in Clark County. This project involves 1.19 acres of soil disturbance for Residential, construction activities. The receiving water is Burnt Bridge Creek. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecologys action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
