CITY OF SNOHOMISH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Snohomish will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Snohomish Carnegie, 105 Cedar Avenue, Snohomish, for the purpose of considering public input on: Adopt an update to the regulations for Boundary Line Adjustments by amending SMC 14.215.130. Amendments will improve clarity and transparency by addressing review process and criteria. Amend SMC Chapters 14.170 and 14.175, modifying regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units and other types of detached dwelling units, including cottage housing for consistency with state law and to simplify requirements. Remote online and telephone access to meetings is usually available; however, location and remote access methods are subject to change. Please confirm meeting location and access details via the Citys website prior to March 4, 2026, at www.snohomishwa.gov. All testimony, written or oral, for or against, will be heard at that time, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.
