Stillwater Preserve, LLC, Martin Robinett, 114 Avenue C Ste 101 Snohomish, WA 98290-2775, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Stillwater Preserve, is located at Intersection of 52nd St. SE & 211th Ave SE, Snohomish in Snohomish county. This project involves 15.1 acres of soil disturbance for Residential, construction activities. The receiving water is Woods Creek.
